PR reports: A Skylit Drive will be captivating fans with not only an album release, but also a heavily anticipated European tour this fall, which will kick off November 4 in Berlin and wrapping up November 15 in Glasgow, Scotland.Spending last winter in the studio with producer Casey Bates (Chiodos, Pierce The Veil), A Skylit Drive is excited to release "Adelphia." This album will be the follow up to vividly successful LP "Wires... And The Concept of Breathing", and is set to release on June 8 in Europe. After nearly two years of solid touring with bands like Chiodos, Escape The Fate, Silverstein, August Burns Red, Alesana, Breathe Carolina, and Attack Attack!, they're eager and equipped to jolt to Europe, having never traveled overseas. " We are so excited to go to Europe for the first time and to play in front of our fans there. It has been a fun and crazy experience trying to pull everything together including our passports," says vocalist Michael " Jag" Jagmin.

PR reports: Jazz trumpeter, vocalist, composer, and, now, actor Kermit Ruffins has found himself to be one of the central characters in HBO's new series, "Treme". A drama series set against the unique New Orleans backdrop of second-line parades, brass bands and Mardi Gras Indians. Besides highlighting Ruffins as an artist, the show will bring with it tens of millions of dollars in spending, dozens of jobs and national exposure for the city's music and culture as it continues to recover from Hurricane Katrina's damage. A pilot episode written by "The Wire" creator David Simon and co-creator Eric Overmyer was shot in March and April. HBO wasn't expected to decide the show's fate for several more weeks, but the rough cut of the pilot that Simon delivered minus final soundtrack music, which will play a major role in the series was enough to sell HBO on the series, who have now given it the greenlight! The series' first-season story will begin several weeks after Hurricane Katrina and follow its characters based on real-life models Kermit Ruffins, Donald Harrison Jr. and Davis Rogan, among others at least through the first Mardi Gras after Katrina. Each season of the series would advance the story one year further from the storm. Ruffins plays himself in the pilot.

Their live show will be an audio-visual spectacle, as the 3 members of Moderat will be joined on stage by 2 members of the video/visual art group Pfadfinderei. Three screens of video, perfectly synchronized to the audio, will be a part of what the band describes as their most improvised and concert-like performance ever. Additionally, the single for "Rusty Nails" will be released on May 25th, complete with remixes by Booka Shade and TRG, and, as previously noted, those who purchase the deluxe version of the full-length album will also receive a DVD produced by Pfadfinderei, including bonus tracks, behind the scenes footage, and a myriad of audio/visual acrobatics.

PR reports: For 25 years, Doro has been a trailblazer for females in rock music. On June 2, she will make her next contribution to the world of metal, when her new studio album Fear No Evil is released on AFM/Dismanic/Ryko Distribution. A reigning renaissance woman, Doro brings a level of zeal and class to metal. She is a rare breed of rebel spirit and regal enchantress, harvesting a courageous liveliness in her music that is contagious and invigorating. Fear No Evil, with 11 raging, blazing tracks, is charged with Doro's passion and excitement
from "Celebrate," where she praises rock and metal for its ability to uplift and energize to powerful anthems like "The Night of the Warlock" and "On The Run." While tackling heartfelt ballads like "Herzblut" and the beautiful and introspective "Walking With The Angels" (joined by Tarja Turunen, formally of Nightwish), Fear No Evil is a versatile compilation of her classic material. In fact, "Celebrate" and "Herzblut" have both recently charted in Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, and Poland, with "Celebrate" peaking at #3. This album reached #11 in Germany and has been on the charts for 7 weeks.
