Demiricous Drop Manager and Tour
Metal Underground reports: Indianapolis, Indiana-based thrashers Demiricous have parted ways with Middle Coast Management and have subsequently been forced to leave their tour with Dying Fetus and Skeletonwitch.

"We are not happy to leave this tour, but have to clean house and get our career and finances back under our control," stated guitarist Scott Wilson. He continued, "We thank DYING FETUS and SKELETONWITCH for letting us tour with them and can't wait to get back on the road to see all our crazy fans as soon as we get things straight."

Satriani & Gilbert Doing the UK
PR reports: Joe Satriani, of rock music's most renowned electric guitarists, will undertake a nine date UK tour starting Monday 12th May 2008 at Birmingham Symphony Hall. Paul Gilbert will be special guest on all of Satriani's UK concerts except for Nottingham Royal Centre on Wednesday May 21st.

Joe Satriani has been a worldwide guitar hero since his 1986 breakthrough album, Surfing With The Alien. Over 10-million albums and CD's later, in addition to 13 Grammy nominations including this year for his latest studio release Super Colossal, Joe continues to push the envelope of modern rock guitar playing.

Heloise & The Savoir Faire Plot LA Invasion
PR reports: New York's electro-rock outfit Heloise & The Savoir Faire will make their West Coast debut in Los Angeles December 6 at Spaceland, followed by two additional shows December 8 at Bordello and December 9 at Tangiers. Heloise & The Savoir Faire will be performing new material off their new album Trash, Rats and Microphones, their April 29 Simian Records (a joint-venture with Yep Roc Records/Redeye Distribution) release.

With a live show described by Disorder Magazine as a "multi-orgasmic experience with heels on," Heloise & the Savoir Faire have gained a cult following in New York City and popularity in the UK after making their TV debut on The Graham Norton Show. The band is fronted by the charismatic Heloise Williams and backed by two electrifying dancers (Joe Shepard and Sara Sweet Rabidoux) as well as a full band (James Bellizia on guitar, Luke Hughett on drums and Jason Diamond on bass). Crossroads Guitar Festival 2007

Doug Does Decaydance

Jugband Movie for Indiana
PR reports: Following sold-out screenings at the San Francisco Jug Band Festival, the Woodstock Film Festival and the Hartford International Film Festival, jug band documentary 'Chasin' Gus' Ghost' will screen in Bloomington, IN on December 1st at the Monroe County Public Library Auditorium. A must-see film for music lovers, 'Chasin' Gus' Ghost' is full of interviews, great live performances and archival film footage and newspaper clippings dating back as far as the 1920s. James Blunt Sets US Tour
PR reports: Custard/Atlantic recording artist James Blunt has announced details of his upcoming North American tour, part of his extensive "2008 LOST SOULS TOUR." The highly anticipated headlining tour celebrates the release of Blunt's new album, "ALL THE LOST SOULS." Presented by VH1 "You Oughta Know", the tour kicks off in February '08 and will feature special guest Sara Bareilles.

"I am really pleased to be returning to the U.S. on my 2008 world tour," said Blunt. "We've had some of our most memorable shows in America on past tours, and I am so excited to be playing out some of the material from my new album, 'ALL THE LOST SOULS,' for my U.S. fans."

Killers Drop Sawdust on Record Stores
PR reports: Sawdust (in stores today), the first collection of previously unreleased session tracks, B-sides and rarities to be released by, Grammy-nominated, MTV VMA Award-winning, multi-platinum Island Records group The Killers. . SAWDUST was completed by the band at a recording studio in New York's Hell's Kitchen, where they worked with Rock And Roll Hall Of Famer Lou Reed.

The Killers' cover of Joy Division's "Shadowplay" (from the original motion picture Control, Anton Corbijn's biopic of Ian Curtis) has sold over 50,000 digital downloads to date and video added to VH1 and MTVu. Serena Ryder EP Preview
PR reports: Twenty-four Canada-based songstress, Serena Ryder delivers her first EP on Atlantic Records titled "Told You In A Whispered Song." The EP, recorded with producer David Bendeth, is an acoustic collection of some of Serena's favorites, along with a couple of new songs.

While having a top 20 hit in Canada, Serena traveled to Austin, Texas in March 2007 for the annual South by Southwest festival where she caught the attention of Atlantic Records. She has been on the road opening up for such acts like Paolo Nutini, Chris Isaak, and Xavier Rudd.

3 Mile Scream for your iPod
PR reports: Montreal based 3 Mile Scream are now offering a free iPod download of the group's "Our Blackened Sun" video through the Corporate Punishment Podcast.

3 Mile Scream's video for "Our Blackened Sun" was directed Chad Archibald (Arise and Ruin, Farewell To Freeway) on location in Guelph, Ontario.

The track is taken from the group's Corporate Punishment debut album, A Prelude To Our Demise, which was described as "Artfully orchestrated brutality" by Lamb of God's Randy Blythe.

Buckcherry Turn 300 in Vegas
