(PR) Twenty-four Canada-based songstress, Serena Ryder delivers her first EP on Atlantic Records titled "Told You In A Whispered Song." The EP, recorded with producer David Bendeth, is an acoustic collection of some of Serena's favorites, along with a couple of new songs.
While having a top 20 hit in Canada, Serena traveled to Austin, Texas in March 2007 for the annual South by Southwest festival where she caught the attention of Atlantic Records. She has been on the road opening up for such acts like Paolo Nutini, Chris Isaak, and Xavier Rudd.
Just recently her album "If Your Memory Serves You Well" was certified gold in Canada. Serena takes time out to write songs for her full-length album due out on Atlantic next spring!! But in the meantime, check out a stream from her EP - "Brand New Love"
