Nugent Vs RATM
Blabbermouth reports: Rock and roll legend Ted Nugent — who has become both popular and criticized for his support for hunting and conservative political views — and conservative commentator Ann Coulter appeared on the "Hannity & Colmes" program on FOX News on Wednesday (May 2) to discuss RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE singer Zack de la Rocha's onstage proclamation at this past weekend's Coachella festival that the "current administration . . . should be hung and tried and shot." Zack then reportedly added, "We need to treat them like the war criminals they are."

"We've disagreed with a lot of administrations in the past, but none of our rhetoric included threatening lives," Nugent said during his appearance on the program. "These guys [RAGE] are over the top, but they're the lunatic fringe that even your average democrat and liberal doesn't agree with. But unfortunately, nobody is silencing these guys — or not necessarily silencing, but condemning this outrageous violence that they're recommending." Iggy's Penis Pop
Gigwise reports: Iggy Pop has defended himself amidst allegations that he is obsessed with his manhood.

The 60-year-old punk veteran churned out a series of explicit lyrics on his latest album ‘The Weirdness’, leading the moral brigade to point the finger at him.

But Pop firmly believes that there is nothing wrong about talking about his penis, telling Rolling Stone: “You write about things of importance to you. And it’s gotta be for real. Do I think about my dick? All the time. I gotta a right to sing about it.” [see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Spector Cover Up?

The testimony by former Spector lawyer Sara Caplan and private investigator Stan White bolsters claims by prosecutors that the pioneering rock producer's defense suppressed possibly damning evidence against him.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Blackie is Fine
Blabbermouth reports: W.A.S.P. frontman frontman Blackie Lawless has shot down as false reports that the group cut short its April 28, 2007 gig in Karlskrona, Sweden after he complained of pain in his chest.

Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet reported in yesterday's edition (Wednesday, May 2) that W.A.S.P. played a shortened set in Karlskrona, Sweden so that Lawless could be rushed to a local hospital for observation.

However, according to a posting on W.A.S.P.'s official web site, Blackie "is perfectly fine and this is just a sick rumor." [see full story for Blackie's exclusive statement to Blabbermouth]- Click Here for the Full Story
