MTV reports: Vincent "Don Vito" Margera saw
his first court date on two counts of sexual assault on a child once again
pushed back on Monday (August 27) to October 22. But the news wasn't all
positive for Bam Margera's uncle, as he was hit with 12 counts of violating
his bail-bond conditions.
Pam Russell, a spokesperson for Colorado's
Jefferson and Gilpin County district attorney's office, confirmed that
each unspecified violation is a felony, but said she was not allowed by
law to provide specifics on how Margera is alleged to have violated his
bail.
Margera, 51, has been out on $50,000 bond
since last year, when he was charged in the incident that allegedly involved
inappropriate contact with two underage girls at a promotional event in
Colorado.
