Chris Brown is set to appear at a court hearing today in Los Angeles where a judge may decide to revoke his probation. Brown was sentenced to five years probation, 180 days of community service and domestic violence counseling in 2009 after he pleaded guilty to charges stemming from the beating of Rihanna. Prosecutors are now asking the court to find Brown in violation of probation after they found alleged "significant discrepancies" in his community service records. Brown was given permission to complete his community service in his home state of Virginia and Los Angeles District Attorney officials found problems with the paperwork. "After a thorough review of all documents and evidence submitted to the court it appears there are significant discrepancies indicating at best sloppy documentation and, at worst fraudulent reporting," Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney Mary Murray said in the court filing. The filing lists three different occasions where Brown was performing or traveling, including once instance of him being on a private jet to Cancun, Mexico, at the same time the paperwork that was submitted had him at the location for his community service. TMZ reports that Richmond, VA Chief of Police Bryan T. Norwood sent the judge a letter in September that stated Brown had completed 202 days of community service, above the 180 days he was sentence to. The documents sent with the letter showed that Brown did frequent community service at Tappahannock Children's Center, where Brown's mother was once a director, according to TMZ. The police reportedly only Brown On 9 Or 10 Occasions and was not supervised on the other days, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ who also report that: And get this ... the detective who had been assigned to oversee Brown's community service was told she did not have to continue monitoring at the Children's Center. The times, location and types of duty were provided by Chris Brown's mother. Brown's attorney Mark Geragos has publicly lashed out about the allegations, calling the D.A.'s motion "shameful and a disgrace." "In essence, it calls everyone a liar in the Richmond Police Department and the Virginia Probation Department," Geragos told the Associated Press. TMZ reported on other details of problems with Brown's reported community service, you can read that here.

Kris Humphries is fighting Kim Kardashian's request for an immediate trial date for their divorce case. Humphries' attorney Marshall Waller filed a motion with the court challenging Kardashian's request. Waller says in the filing, "What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something the Respondent had nothing to do with, is perceived by Plaintiff as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial." Waller argues that the case can't be rushed to trial because he has not yet received discovery documents and hasn't been able to depose witnesses, according to Radar Online. The documents state: "Indeed, if as [Kardashian's attorney Laura Wasser] asserts there really is 'no evidentiary support' to support Humphries claims, why don't they just give us the access we want? What are they hiding? What is there in the raw footage of this televised courtship, 72 day marriage and resultant breakup that they are so afraid of us discovering?" One of the depositions is of Kardashian, which Waller wants to delay because of Humphries' NBA schedule. "Humphries is entitled to be present at Kardashian's deposition, and due to Humphries work schedule he is unavailable until mid-May or June," the docs state. E! has posted the court documents online, you can read them along with their report here.
