Lindsey Vonn Airlifted To Hospital After Ski Accident

Olympic gold medal skier Lindsey Vonn was airlifted to a hospital following a skiing accident at a competition in Schladming, Austria.

Vonn reportedly lost her balance during a jump and tore two knee ligaments and broke her leg in the resulting fall at the Alpine Super-G World Ski Championships, according to Ace Show Biz.

They report that U.S. Ski Team Medical Director Kyle Wilkens said Vonn tore two of the major ligaments of her right knee (the anterior cruciate (and medial collateral ligaments) and fractured a bone in her leg.

Paramedics examined Vonn on the scene before she was airlifted to an area hospital. The report states that doctors indicated she needed surgery but not if she had received it yet. Read the report here.

Britney Spears Las Vegas Show Update

"Extra" can exclusively confirm that Britney Spears's Las Vegas gig is 100% on! Britney's manager Larry Rudolph confirming to "Extra" that the Vegas show will happen at one of two casinos, one of which is part of Caesars Entertainment group.

The deal will be finalized once Britney's team decides which one to go with. The pop star has been in negotiations to do a residency in Las Vegas the past several months, a formal announcement is expected in the next coming weeks.

Update: "Extra" just received a statement from Larry Rudolph, "We are in deep negotiations and I'd be shocked if it didn't happen. Hoping to have a deal done very soon." Extra

Mumford & Sons Announce Summer Stopovers Shows

For the second year in a row, Mumford & Sons will be launching a series of Gentlemen of the Road Stopovers this summer.

This year the stopovers will be taking place in the UK, US, and Canada and have been expanded to a Friday night concert followed by an all-day Saturday event.

Mumford & Sons will headline the Saturday show, alongside an eclectic and energetic roster of artists curated by the band themselves.

The band had this to say, "The Gentlemen of the Road Stopovers are all about live music. We get to put them on in towns not normally frequented by touring bands in busses or splitter vans. We deliberately look for towns that have something unique, or some vibe of which they are proud, explore them and enjoy what they have to offer."

The outdoor events will take place in locations across the United States and Canada following a stop in the UK, and will feature acts including Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, The Alabama Shakes, fun., The Vaccines, and many more to be announced. This year's host towns include Simcoe, Ontario, Troy, OH; Guthrie, OK; and St. Augustine, FL. more on this story

Beyonce Reflects On Super Bowl Performance and Destiny's Child Reunion

(Extra) Millions of people tuned into the Super Bowl last night, Beyonce's half time performance with a surprise from "Destiny's Child" stole the show and "Extra's" AJ Calloway caught up with Beyonce after the game.

Beyonce saying, "I'm feeling so proud, it was a really beautiful day and I'm very happy for Ray [Lewis]." She went on to say, "All the hard work, five months of preparation and it was really great."

As far as reuniting with Destiny's Child members Kelly Rowland and Michelle, AJ asked, "Having all the girls together, how was that for you?"

Beyonce, "So beautiful, it really was a magnificent night for me and the girls. I fell like Alicia and Jennifer Hudson were so classy and beautiful…it was a great night to be a woman and an African American woman. Extra

Barney The Dinosaur Creator's Son Charged With Attempted Murder

Patrick Leach, the son of "Barney & Friends" creator Sheryl Leach has reportedly been charged with attempted murder.

A representative for the Los Angeles District Attorney told gossip website TMZ that the 27-year-old has been charged with the crime. He was arraigned on assault charges on Tuesday as well and is currently free on $1 million bail.

The attempted murder charges stems from an incident last month in Malibu where Leach allegedly shot a 49-year-old man in the chest and then fled the scene.

Police reportedly uncovered evidence at the crime scene that is said to connect Leach to the shooting. Read the TMZ report for more details here.

Morrissey Postpones More Tour Dates Due To Health Issues

Morrissey's health is preventing the singer from resuming his tour as he originally had planned, with his camp announcing two additional tour dates have been postponed.

The former Smiths singer is currently being treated for Barrett's Esophagus, an acid reflux disorder, and a bleeding ulcer following his hospitalization on January 25th.

His Facebook page broke the news about the postponements with the following message: "Due to doctor's orders, the upcoming engagements with Morrissey in Las Vegas on Sat Feb 9 and in Phoenix on Sun Feb 10 will need to be rescheduled.

"Morrissey is currently undergoing treatment for a bleeding ulcer and Barrett's esophagus. These shows are in the process of being rescheduled immediately and all patrons are encouraged to hold on to their tickets as the new dates will be announced within the coming days.

"Morrissey thanks everyone concerned for their well wishes during this time and hopes for a speedy recovery. The tour will resume as scheduled in El Paso at Tricky Falls on Feb 12."

Disney Confirms Plans For Stand-Alone Star Wars Movies

Disney chairman and chief executive Bob Iger confirmed speculation that the Walt Disney Pictures is planning stand-alone Star Wars films in addition to the upcoming trilogy.

Disney recently acquired the Star Wars franchise and hired director J.J. Abrams to direct a new trilogy in the sci-fi saga.

Iger addressed rumors that they are also planning stand-alone films which will not be part of the trilogy during an interview on CNBC on Tuesday (Feb. 5).

"We are working on a few standalone films," he Iger. "[Lawrence] Kasdan and Simon Kinberg are both working on films derived from great Star Wars characters."

The stand-alone films will run along side the upcoming trilogy, Star Wars episodes 7, 8 and 9. With films in the trilogy being released every three years beginning in 2015 with some of stand alone films being released between movies from the trilogy.

"We plan to make 'Star Wars' 7, 8 and 9 over roughly a six-year period of time starting in 2015," the chief said. "But there are going to be a few other films released in that period of time, too."

Kris Humphries Wants To Delay Kim Kardashian Divorce Trial

Kris Humphries is fighting Kim Kardashian's request for an immediate trial date for their divorce case.

Humphries' attorney Marshall Waller filed a motion with the court challenging Kardashian's request.

Waller says in the filing, "What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something the Respondent had nothing to do with, is perceived by Plaintiff as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial."

Waller argues that the case can't be rushed to trial because he has not yet received discovery documents and hasn't been able to depose witnesses, according to Radar Online.

The documents state: "Indeed, if as [Kardashian's attorney Laura Wasser] asserts there really is 'no evidentiary support' to support Humphries claims, why don't they just give us the access we want? What are they hiding? What is there in the raw footage of this televised courtship, 72 day marriage and resultant breakup that they are so afraid of us discovering?"

One of the depositions is of Kardashian, which Waller wants to delay because of Humphries' NBA schedule.

"Humphries is entitled to be present at Kardashian's deposition, and due to Humphries work schedule he is unavailable until mid-May or June," the docs state.

(Radio.com) The past 12 months have been a whirlwind for fun. Nominated for six Grammy Awards, MIX 104.1/Boston sat down with the guys and discussed all things Grammys.

"It's been crazy. We had never really done television before this year and it all just gets easier and easier every single time," frontman Nate Ruess said. "I started out as someone who had spent stage 10 years having stage fright. I only got over it this year. So, now the television stage fright is starting to lessen and lessen too."

It's a good thing his stage fright is diminishing as fun. will perform on music's biggest stage on February 10. They're also nominated for a slew of GRAMMYs including Record of the Year for "We Are Young" featuring Janelle Monae , Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for Some Nights, Song of the Year for "We Are Young," as well as Best New Artist and Best Pop/Duo/Group Performance for "We Are Young."

While the guys are honored to be nominated in all six categories, they said they're most proud of the Album of the Year recognition.

"It recognizes the entire body of work," Jack Antonoff said. "We love all of our songs. It's cool to be nominated for 'Some Nights' and 'We Are Young' but to be nominated for 11 songs versus 1, it's just kind of math." Check out a stream here.

Ravens Ray Lewis Inspired Olympic Swimmer Michael Phelps

(Extra) Olympic swimmer, Michael Phelps, who grew up just north of Baltimore and is a long time Ravens fan opened up to "Extra's" AJ Calloway about his relationship with Ray Lewis.

Phelps said it was amazing to be at the Super Bowl and told AJ Ray has played a big role in his professional career, "Ray has been a huge inspiration to me...if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be back for another four years. The things that him and I talk about are very motivational very inspirational…I owe him the world."

Best Actor nominee Hugh Jackman joked he's betting on Daniel Day-Lewis to take home the Oscar. "I've got a lot of money on Daniel, so... he better win because seriously for my kids' college, it's important."

Nominee Denzel Washington telling Renee he is attending the awards show by himself, "I think I'm going by myself. Yeah, my wife is doing a play in Atlanta. My daughter that I took to the Golden Globes. She's back in school."

Bradley Cooper, nominated for Best Actor for his turn in "Silver Linings Playbook," reminisced with Bargh on his days before becoming a movie star. "It's crazy! I mean I took Leonardo DiCaprio up to his hotel room when I was a doorman at the Morgan Hotel. I have so many memories of things like that," said Cooper. "I remember the first job I ever did was "Changing Lanes" with Ben Affleck, and I was cut out of the movie, but I still remember him and how friendly he was. Robin Williams TV Pilot Gets Green Light

Robin Williams may be making a full-time return to TV after 30-years of acting on the silver screen.

CBS has ordered a new TV pilot of "Crazy Ones" starring Williams and produced by David E. Kelle.

The pilot episode is set to be directed by Jason Winer (Modern Family). The show would be a situation comedy that revolves around a father-daughter relationship at home and at work, according to Ace Show Biz.

Williams last had a full-time television role 30-years-ago as Mork on 'Happy Days' spin-off 'Mork & Mindy.'

Gloria Estefan and Her Husband Taking Their Story To Broadway

Gloria Estefan and her husband Emilio have teamed with the Nederlander Organization to create a musical based on their lives with an eye toward producing it on Broadway.

Gloria and Emilio Estefan had this to say, "We are very excited to share this story, which is based on hope, determination and the belief that with hard work and passion, our dreams can become our reality. Our music has been a true reflection of who we are, where we came from and the journey that has brought us to where we are today.

"Our cultural roots, our life-defining challenges and the rewards that come with believing in yourself and striving for that which you believe in wholeheartedly, will be the foundation for this theatrical production. Sharing our life story through music will give us a new opportunity to honor our roots and, hopefully, to be able to inspire generations to come."

According to the announcement, the musical will be set to tell the Estefans' story detailing their journey all the way from Cuba to superstardom.

"I am thrilled to collaborate with Gloria and Emilio to see their amazing story come to fruition on the Broadway stage," said Jimmy Nederlander, President of the Nederlander Organization. "The Estefans' journey of success, led by raw talent and passion, is captivating as it drove them from relative obscurity to global sensations."

The Nederlander Organization will be partnering with Siegfried & Roy producer Bernie Yuman who will be acting as Executive Producer of the project.

Two Friends Stars To Reunite In Prime Time

It appears that there will be a "Friends" reunion on an upcoming episode of the NBC sitcom "Go On."

Courteney Cox is set to reunite with her former "Friends" co-star Matthew Perry as she guest stars on an episode set to air in April

It will be the first time Perry, who stars in "Go On," will act alongside Cox since "Friends" went off the air in 2004.

Cox has shared the screen with her "Friends" co-stars several times since the series ended. Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow made guest appearance on her current show "Cougar Town."
