Diddy Injured in Car Crash
(TMZ) Diddy was involved in a serious car accident in L.A. on Wednesday ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, a car turned left in front of Diddy's SUV and Diddy's driver t-boned the other vehicle.

Officers were called to the scene -- and cops claim everyone involved in the accident complained of pain, including Diddy, his driver, and the other driver.

It's unclear how seriously anyone was injured -- but law enforcement sources tell us, no one was transported to a hospital ... despite an ambulance being called. A report was taken. No citations were issued.

TMZ has just obtained a photograph of Diddy after the accident, and he was so shaken up by the crash ... he had to lie down on the grass. See it here.

Bobby Brown Arrested
(TMZ) Bobby Brown was arrested for DUI early Wednesday morning... for the second time this year, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Brown was pulled over around 1AM when police observed the singer driving erratically on an L.A. street.

According to law enforcement sources, officers approached Brown's vehicle and detected a strong odor of alcohol -- at which point they asked Brown to get out of his car.

We're told Brown performed a field sobriety test, but didn't do very well -- so he was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Brown was previously arrested for DUI in March and sought treatment for alcohol abuse issues over the summer. He also has a DUI conviction on his record from 1996. more on this story

Jessica Simpson's Mother Files For Divorce
(TMZ) Jessica Simpson's mother Tina has filed for divorce from Jessica's dad Joe. Tina filed the papers in Texas last month, claiming, "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities."

Tina and Joe were married in 1978. They have no minor children. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Tina claims she has separate property from Joe and wants to keep it. It's unclear what that property is.

In the county where Tina filed, there are specific rules about how divorcing spouses have to behave toward each other during proceedings -- they can't curse at each other, harass each other over the phone, or physically attack each other ... basically they HAVE to act like civilized adults.

If one spouse violates the rules, they could be found in contempt of court. Joe filed a response to Tina's divorce petition days later, insisting Tina get nothing from the split.

Joe and Tina both played a pivotal role in turning their daughters Jessica and Ashlee into pop superstars. more on this story

(CBS Local) Shortly after Blue Ivy was born, her parents, Beyonce and Jay-Z, petitioned to trademark her unique name. But it seems someone else already owned the rights to the moniker.

For the last nine months, Veronica Alexandra has been fighting for trademark protection of Blue Ivy, the name of her wedding and event planning business.

After winning the lawsuit, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office sent a suspended letter to Beyoncι and Jay-Z for their pending trademarks. Alexandra, on the other hand, was able to get back to work. more on this story

Breaking Bad Star Witnessed Jay Leno Motorcycle Accident
(TMZ) "Breaking Bad" star Bryan Cranston was mere FEET from the motorcycle crash that nearly took out Jay Leno ... and tells TMZ he knows what REALLY caused the bikers to lose control and wipe out that day.

We broke the story ... a bike with two passengers slammed into another vehicle at the 2011 "Love Ride" ... coming thiiiiis close to taking out Leno.

Christina Silva -- the rider who captured the crash on camera -- says she was unfairly blamed for causing the crash ... and now Cranston seems to back her story.

Bryan tells us ... "I was about fifty yards behind in the same lane as the downed riders. It happened because of excess speed."

Cranston explains, "Guys were flying past me. When you put yourself in that position you are forced to make quick decisions when coming upon slower traffic. Not a good mix. Slow it down - enjoy the ride!"

As for Leno ... Bryan says he didn't just ride off into the sunset -- "Jay stopped to assist and went to the hospital with the injured riders." more on this story

Lindsay Lohan Management Team Concerned She Faces Financial Ruin
(TMZ) Lindsay Lohan is careening toward financial ruin ... by making stupid business decisions and recklessly stashing her money in unsafe places -- this according to her management team.

TMZ has seen text messages between Michael Lohan and Lindsay's lawyer Dave Feldman, discussing Lindsay's recent promotion deal with an energy drink named Mr. Pink.

As we reported, Lindsay flew out to L.A. earlier this month in order to attend a launch event for the beverage -- just hours after her blowout fight with her mother Dina in NYC.

In the text messages, Michael claims Lindsay was paid $150,000 for the event IN CASH ... which Lindsay then gave to her brother Michael Jr. to hold in his bank account for safe keeping. Michael expressed fear that Dina had access to Michael Jr.'s account and would raid it for herself.

Dave expresses outrage in response, claiming Lindsay should have looped him and her business manager in to the Mr. Pink transaction in order to provide her more financial protection ... but she never did.

In the messages, Dave says Lindsay was even more stupid for not including her management team on the Mr. Pink deal because -- as Dave says -- they could have gotten her even more money for the job ... but again, she didn't.

As we reported, Lindsay's dad is terrified she has fallen back off the wagon and needs a conservatorship because she can't handle her affairs -- and based on these texts, he might have a point. more on this story

Saved By the Bell Star Denies Bipolar Accusation
(TMZ) Lark Voorhies -- who played Lisa Turtle on "Saved By the Bell" back in the day -- says her mother is wrong... insisting she is NOT bipolar, despite her mother's claims.

Lark's mother recently told People her daughter had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder -- but this week in L.A., Lark told us she finds the report "comical."

But the video is really bizarre -- Lark can't seem to complete a thought, taking abnormally long pauses and speaking nonsensically ... saying things like, "Well you know, people want to express themselves and ... you know, they will do so at free random."

"The particular trade editorial [presumably People] and I are not in agreement, however. It's so far left from what was actually atrast [???] or brought about." Watch the video and see for yourself.

Bruno Mars' Sisters Vs X Factor Girl Group
(TMZ) An all-girl singing group featured on "X Factor" is scrambling to change their name ... all because they were threatened by Bruno Mars' sisters ... TMZ has learned.

Bruno's 4 female siblings make up the girl band, The Lylas ... an R&B singing group that also happens to have a major modeling deal in the Philippines. Translation -- they're super hot.

Problem is ... there's another group of singing chicks calling themselves The Lylas ... and they're currently kicking ass on "X Factor." In fact, Simon recently chose them to compete on his team.

When Bruno's sisters found out about the other band of Lylas ... they were pissed ... and trashed the "X Factor" Lylas all over the web, claiming the new Lylas hijacked their name.

Sources connected to "X Factor" tell us ... the contestants were shocked by the accusations ... and insist they weren't trying to hijack the name. They simply didn't realize someone else had already laid claim to it.

Now, we're told ... the "X Factor" girls are getting ready to wave the white flag -- with one source telling us they're already brainstorming ideas for a new name. more on this story

Bachelorette Star Takes A Dive For Golf Cart
(TMZ) The rule is ... play it as it lies ... and that's exactly what ex-"Bachelorette" star Jillian Harris did earlier this month when her golf cart rolled into a water hazard -- and she dove in after it. And the waterlogged aftermath was all caught on tape.

Sources tell TMZ, Jillian and her friends were participating in a charity golf tournament in West Kelowna, British Columbia when Jillian fell out of her golf cart.

According to sources, her friend jumped out to help Jillian, but forgot to put on the parking brake -- so the golf cart rolled into a water hazard.

Jillian quickly dove in after it to save their stuff ... but it was already too late -- so Jillian did what anyone else would do in that situation, and shotgunned a beer.

We're told Jillian and her friend have been talking with the course since the incident -- and have already agreed to split the costs of damages to the cart. Watch video here.

(TMZ) It wasn't another woman that got between Mark Sanchez and Eva Longoria ... it was 52 other men ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the former couple tell us ... they broke up because Mark was impossible for Eva to be around because he was in such a bad mood over the NY Jets' horrible season.

As one source puts it, "It's hard to maintain a relationship when one person is upset all the time." more on this story
