But it seems someone else already owned the rights to the moniker.For the last nine months, Veronica Alexandra has been fighting for trademark protection of Blue Ivy, the name of her wedding and event planning business.
After winning the lawsuit, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office sent a suspended letter to Beyoncι and Jay-Z for their pending trademarks. Alexandra, on the other hand, was able to get back to work. more on this story
