Glee Records
(Gibson) Glee producer Adam Anders has started up his own label. The first signing to Anders Music Records is Spencer Walsh from Disney's Good Luck Charlie. Walsh's first single, "One Step Closer," was featured in an episode of his show.

According to Billboard, Anders believes in nurturing artists, old-school-style. "I don't believe in putting out a single and then if it doesn't hit, drop the artist," he said. "We are here to develop artists – there is no timetable to getting it right."

Other signings to the label include Montana's Zac Poor and Texan singer/songwriter Ben Burgess. Universal Motown will distribute Poor's album, in keeping with Anders' strategy of working with majors only when it feels right. more on this story

Jackie Cooper Included Poison Pill in His Will
(TMZ) Before he died, Hollywood legend Jackie Cooper wanted to make sure NOBODY challenged his last will and testament ... and to make sure, he wrote in a special provision intended to SCREW anyone who challenges his final wishes.

TMZ obtained a copy of Cooper's final will -- filed in L.A. County Superior Court two days after the "Superman" actor passed away last week.

According to the docs, Cooper basically willed everything to his wife -- and when she passes away, the estate will be divided equally between their children. And to prevent the kids from a nasty fight over the money -- Cooper wrote in a clause saying if anyone tries to contest the will, "I give to such persons so contesting or objecting the sum of FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) and no more." more on this story

Jersey Shore Delayed
(TMZ) Who says those "Jersey Shore" kids don't have no respect? Sources connected with the production tell us they've delayed the start of shooting season 4 because the President of Italy is coming to Florence.

Our sources say there's so much security and hoopla over the President's visit Thursday, it would be too much of a hassle to shoot around it. So they're waiting till the Prez leaves, but shooting will begin late this week.

Sources say stories circulating that production was shut down because the show couldn't get city permits are bogus. Everyone is ready to roll, as soon as Mr. President says arrivederci. more on this story
