Van Halen Play Last American Show 'For Awhile'

(hennemusic) Van Halen performed their last US show 'for awhile' Wednesday at the California Mid-State Fair in Paso Robles, California, according to frontman David Lee Roth. Video from the show has gone online.

"This is our last show for awhile here in the United States," said Roth during "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love." "I can't think of a better place to do it. What a show tonight!"

The date was the only the group's second American concert this year, following last weekend's headlining set at the RockUSA Festival in Oshkosh, WI; last month, the band played a series of rescheduled 2012 concerts in Japan. Check out video here.
