Possible Felony Charges For Kanye West After Photographer Hospitalized
. The gossip site reports that law enforcement sources have told them that the alleged victim was injured in an altercation with the rapper and wants to press charges. The police will reportedly refer the case to the district attorney's office seeking felony robbery charges and not assault since West reportedly tried to wrestle the camera out of the photographer's hand. They report that the photographer fell during the incident and paramedics and police were called to the scene and the photographer was taken to the hospital. West reportedly quickly "jumped into a waiting car" and left the scene right after the altercation with the photographer, which reportedly began after the photographer peppered West with questions.
