Johnny Marr, the former guitarist for The Smiths, has announced plans to launch a North American tour this fall in support of his recently released debut solo album.Marr will be launching the tour on Halloween, October 31st, in Anaheim, Ca at the House of Blues and will stay on the road for the month of November before concluding the trek on November 26th in Fort Lauderdale, FL at Culture Room.
The tour follows Marr's performance at this year's Coachella Festival and includes a new festival stop, this time at the Fun Fun Fun Festival in Austin, Tx on November 8th.
Johnny is hitting the road in support of his debut solo album, The Messenger, which was released earlier this year by Sire/ADA.
