Bieber fans are in an uproar over the photo posted by @JocelynnBieber, which Jocelynn initially explained to followers as "IM DYING HAHAHAHHAHA IT LOOKS LIKE JUSTIN'S TOUCHING MY BOOB IN THE PICTURE AHAHAHAHHA I CANT." The fan actually snuck into the meet and greet for the opportunity to have a photo taken, which she shared with Justin; she says she told him that and "he was like 'aw swag! Let's do this thing' and we took a picture." Jocelynn added, "I whispered that it was my 2nd time sneaking in & he kissed me on the cheek in the picture & it looks like his hand is there."
