Katt Williams Won't Face Charges In Child Endangerment Case
. Williams was arrested for felony child endangerment after police found numerous guns and marijuana at his Woodland Hills home, but now TMZ reports that authorities will not be pursuing charges against him. Authorities told the site that Williams said that the weapons were secured so that the children could not access them and that due to the amount of people living in the house there was no way to prove who possessed the marijuana. The Los Angeles District Attorney office decided not to file felony charges. The case was referred to the L.A. City Attorney for possible misdemeanor charges, but they apparently decided not to pursue the case. Williams will reportedly still be required to appear at an informal hearing at the City Attorney's office, where he'll be counseled and warned, according to the report.
