Kanye's cousin Tony Williams told Hollyscoop exclusively that Kanye's baby announcement wasn't met with champagne showers by his family.

"Kanye flew in the day after Christmas without Kim to tell us the news. When he told us, the family was silent. We were all kind of shocked," Tony tells us.

Silent. Yes, the family was silent. Not exactly the Twitter parade that Khloe, Kourtney and Kris Jenner were spouting off about Kimye's offspring.

When the family didn't respond, Tony says "Kanye asked me what I thought, and I told him, 'You are 35 years old. You have to have a kid eventually.'"

But the family finally came around, "Of course, we are all really excited for him and Kim."

Excited, but shocked.

Kim is technically still married to Kris Humphries, otherwise you know she'd probably try to get hitched to Kanye, so the couple has been pretty quiet concerning their future plans re: marriage.
