Kyng have been forced to pull out of the upcoming tour with Clutch after their bass player Tony Castaneda was involved in an auto accident. The band was set to hit the road with the tour, which also features Orange Goblin, and Lionize, on March 8th but will no longer be able to take part due to the accident.
They did not reveal if Castaneda was injured, and if so how severely, in their Facebook posting announcing the change in tour plans. However, they did say that the accident was also forcing them to delay their recording plans, so an injury is assumed.
The band assured fans that they will continue working on the album and plan to release it this summer.
