The film depicts the famously explosive producer's relationship with his attorney Linda Kenney Baden who defended him during his trial for the murder of Lana Clarkson. Oscar winning actress Helen Mirren plays Baden (and buries her British accent) in the film, which was written and directed by David Mamet. Pacino seems all-in with the role. Of course, it's no stretch to see his character's temper flaring (see the above quotes), but this might be the first time he's worn a fright wig in a film (à la the giant afro Spector sported at one of his court appearances).
