The cruise ship employee that was suing actor John Travolta for assault has reportedly decided to drop the lawsuit. Last week a judge ruled against Travolta's attorney's motion that the case be handled through arbitration and would therefore be heard in open court.
On Monday the case was dismissed, according to TMZ who report that the terms were not disclosed, making it unclear if Travolta made a financial settlement with the cruise ship.
The actor was sued by Fabian Zanzi, a cruise ship employee, last summer. Zanzi claimed that Travolta exposed himself to the employee in his stateroom, and forcibly embraced the employee after requesting a neck message, according to TMZ.
