Allison Weiss has released a new video for her song "Wait For Me". The song comes from her album "Say What You Mean" and the video was exclusively premiered on MTVu.
"We approached Trevor Bowman about making a video for this song, and instead of sending back an idea, he sent us this," says Weiss. "Apparently he just happened to be visiting a friend who happened to be experiencing something very specific in her life at that moment, so he gave her a pair of headphones and filmed her listening to the song for the first time. "It couldn't be more perfect. The timing, the story... everything. The video feels the way I felt when I wrote the song." You can watch the new music video here.
Weiss has also released "Say What You Mean (Sideways Sessions)," which is an alternate, live acoustic re-imagining of the songs from her latest album.
Weiss is currently on tour and has announced dates with Austin Lucas, Max Bemis and Matt Pryor.
