(Classic Rock) Trent Reznor has claimed Nine Inch Nails' stage production at Reading over the weekend was ruined by Biffy Clyro and festival promoter Melvin Benn.

Notorious perfectionist Reznor fumed on Twitter ahead of his second-top-slot appearance: "Should be an unusual show tonight… the lying promoter and the band following us (whoever the f**k they are) f**ked us on our production."

But Benn denied the frontman's allegation, saying: "The truth is, there's no truth in the statement. The contract hasn't changed since they signed up to it."

Asked whether Reznor was, in fact, unhappy that Biffy Clyro were ahead of him on the bill, Benn replied: "I couldn't possibly comment." More details.
