. La Torre's lineup have announced their own album will be self-titled and it's due out on June 24 via Century Media. They'll tour the UK in October after scheduling problems forced them to postpone a visit planned for this month. The former Crimson Glory singer insists Tate's album isn't the real deal. He tells KNAC.com: "I don't even acknowledge it as a Queensryche album. The guys that play on the record are not the guys that you see onstage, and aren't the guys that wrote the songs. It's a revolving door, dude, it's not Queensryche. What I'm in is Queensryche." Of Tate's title he says: "A monkey can decipher what that is. It's below the belt. To me, it's not what Queensryche was about. Queensryche wasn't about the cheap shots – it was always more respectful and intelligent of that." See the cover art and read more here.
