3 Doors Down's Todd Harrell Out of Jail On Bail
. As we previously reported earlier this week, Harrell was speeding when his Cadillac clipped a Ford pickup truck whose driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the truck and was pronounced dead after arriving at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Harrell reportedly admitted to drinking hard cider and taking prescription Lortab and Xanax. And when he was being booked into jail Davidson County Sheriff's deputies discovered a plastic bag in his sock which reportedly contained Xanax, Oxycodone and Oxymorphone pills. He was charged with vehicular homicide and bringing controlled substances into the jail, according to reports. The band canceled their spring tour dates in North America following Harrell's arrest.
