Prince will not only be one of the big name performers at the upcoming Billboard Music Awards, he will be receiving the Icon Award.Prince will join a big lineup of performers at the event that will include Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, Miguel and Justin Bieber.
Billboard also announced that comedian Tracy Morgan will be hosting the event which will taking place on May 19th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
"I'm honored to be a part of one of music's biggest nights," Morgan said in a statement about hosting the event. "When you look at the artists who have come up through Billboard over the years, it's incredible. And how can you say no when Prince is going to be there?"
