AC/DC Legend Bon Scott Named 2nd Greatest Australian Singer
. The Daily Telegraph reports Scott landed at No. 2 behind pop singer John Farnham on the list, which was compiled after a survey of Aussie singers. "Bon's combination of cheek, wit and balls made everything he did unforgettable," said Dave Faulkner of the Hoodoo Gurus. "He was also a brilliant songwriter. Do I really need to say any more about the genius of Bon Scott? We were very lucky to have him." Scott was AC/DC's vocalist from 1974 until his death in 1980. He recorded six albums with the band – from 1975's "High Voltage" to 1979's "Highway To Hell." Who else made the list? hennemusic is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
