NPR music plan to broadcast a special Tori Amos concert live on their website next week in celebration of the release of her new album, Gold Dust (which comes out October 2.)Amos concert on Friday, October 5 will be streaming live beginning at 7:30PM (ET) from the intimate New York City venue (Le) Poisson Rouge. The entire show will be available for live streaming at NPR.org/music and in the NPR Music mobile apps, and archived after the show here.
Fans planning to be in the New York City area on the date of the show have the opportunity to attend the event. Free tickets to this rare performance will be given away on Tori Amos' official site here, and by NPR Member Station WFUV (follow @WFUV on Twitter for details). There will be no tickets sold for this event.
