A man armed with a pair of scissors was arrested at Miley Cyrus' home in Studio City, California on Saturday. The man, who told police his name was Jason Luis Rivera, had jumped the fence of the property and was founding hiding in the bushes when police arrived.
Los Angeles television station KTLA reports that police had the use a Taser gun on the man after they found him in the bushes and he refused to cooperate.
The man reportedly told police, "I am a friend of Miley Cyrus. I am. She's my wife. Me and Miley have been friends for five years." You can read more and watch video of the arrest here.
