Hometown fans of Slipknot are in for a very special show tonight as the band's original singer and current singer will be sharing the same stage.Slipknot's original singer Anders Colsefni's current band Painface is opening tonight's show at Wooly's in Des Moines for current Slipknot singer Corey Taylor's other band Stone Sour.
Colsefni left the band before they had their big break but he did record a demo with them in 1996 entitled, 'Mate Feed Kill Repeat'.
Painface's Facebook page had this to say about the show, "Due to the amazingly gracious Corey Taylor, Painface has been asked to open for Stone Sour this Monday Oct. 29 at Wooley's. We are excited and proud to be able to support one of our favorite bands and fellow Des Moines musicians. The show is sold out but we hope that you hold up the horns in your heart for us if you can't be there."
