(TMZ) Retired NFL star Michael Strahan just took a $150,000 hit on his L.A. beach home ... which is actually GREAT ... because it could've been A LOT worse. Strahan JUST sold his swanky 2,560-square-foot Hermosa Beach condo for somewhere in the neighborhood of $1.85 mil. He originally paid $2,050,000 for the place.
BUUUUUT ... Strahan bought the condo in 2005 ... at the height of the ridiculously over-inflated real estate market ... so to only take a $150k hit is pretty good.
As for the property ... it's awesome -- 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a rooftop deck, an elevator and it's less than one block from the Pacific Ocean -- which is by far one of the top 5 oceans. more on this story
