(hennemusic) Metallica stepped in to replace Green Day at the Voodoo Music + Arts Experience in New Orleans on Saturday and video from the set has gone online.Metallica headlined the second of the three-day event at New Orleans City Park. Green Day recently ceased all live and promotional appearances in support of their newly-released album "¡Uno!" following an onstage meltdown by frontman Billie Joe Armstrong in Las Vegas, which resulted in the singer currently seeking treatment for substance abuse.
The festival was streamed online so fans around the world could check out the action, and video of Metallica's performance has now surfaced. Watch it here.
