(CBS Local) Depeche Mode is still thriving in an ever-changing music scene, although they wonder if the business will ever return to actually developing artists' careers.In a recent interview with British-based MusicWeek, the band voiced their disdain for the current state of artist development citing a particularly fiery hated for television shows like X-Factor.
"I'm not advocating violence," says Martin Gore, "but I think somebody should shoot Simon Cowell!"
