(hennemusic) Soundgarden's new album, "King Animal," is due November 13. As the release date approaches, the Seattle band continues to share material from the project.Soundgarden have offered up a preview of the new track, "Halfway There."-- "The music and lyrics are written by Chris [Cornell]," says guitarist Kim Thayil. "It was originally a demo that he did where he performed everything, so we didn't want to try to overdo that because it might obscure the narrative of the lyrics." Listen here.
