(hennemusic) The Cult rocked SXSW in Austin twice over the weekend. The first show, on Friday night, was followed a second – and free – concert on Saturday.The Cult's free show was part of the 25,000-capacity Auditorium Shores Stage Concert Series, and were joined by a special guest: actor Matthew McConaughey, who jammed on bongos for a couple of songs – including the band's 1984 classic, "Spiritwalker."
At both shows, The Cult performed a few tracks from their forthcoming album, "Choice Of Weapon," due May 22. Check out video here.
