Former Guns N' Roses drummer Steven Adler has launched a new band called Adler that also features frontman Jacob Bunton (Lynam, Mars Electric), and Lonny Paul (Adler's Appetite). His camp sent over the following:

"I love the music that we're creating!" states Adler. "I haven't been this excited about my band since the GNR days. Jacob is exactly the singer I have been searching for. He has an amazing range and is a great writer and frontman. Lonny is an amazing guitarist and songwriter and the vibe is amazing!"

The band is currently in a Los Angeles recording studio working on their debut album with producers Jeff Pilson (Dokken, Foreigner) and Jay Ruston (Anthrax, Steel Panther, The Donna's). The album feature a guest appearances from Adler's former Guns N Roses band mate Slash. "I'm so excited for everyone to hear this record!" States Adler.

In 2010, Adler collaborated with Slash on the latter's self-titled debut solo album, which scored the highest new entry on The Billboard 200 chart, with first-week U.S. sales of around 60,000 copies. He appeared on the track "Baby Can't Drive", along with Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea, Alice Cooper and Nicole Scherzinger. The song was featured on an expanded edition of the album released by Classic Rock Magazine.
