(The Metal Den) The sister of late Ozzy Osbourne lead guitarist Randy Rhoads, Kathy Rhoads D'Argenzio, has issued a statement to fans in concern with the upcoming memorial for the 30th anniversary of his death:"Dear Randy Rhoads fans, As we quickly approach the 30th anniversary, I wanted to send a special THANK YOU to all of you for your continued support and love for my brother Randy.
"The upcoming anniversary is a clear reminder of how quickly time passes and I hope all of you will come join us in celebrating my brother's life. I know that for a lot of people coming to California isn't possible but, I hope that you'll remember my brother in your own special way.
