(Gibson) Good news for AC/DC fans who also happen to be wine lovers: the band's much-lauded proprietary wine brand, dubbed simply AC/DC The Wine, will soon be available in the U.S.Launched last fall in Australia, the brand has proved a tremendous success, with more than 50,000 cases sold to date. The wine comes in four varietals, each bearing the name of a classic AC/DC album: Back in Black Shiraz, Highway to Hell Cabernet Sauvignon, Thunderstruck Chardonnay and Hells Bells Sauvignon Blanc.
A fifth varietal, You Shook Me All Night Long Moscato, will soon be available in the U.S. as well. more on this story
