Anthrax Settle With Former Singer

(Classic Rock) Anthrax have settled their lawsuit with former singer Dan Nelson. He'd claimed $2.65million in damages after departing the band in 2009, before they reunited with Joey Belladonna. Details of the agreement are secret but an Anthrax representative had said before the ruling that a "small cash dollar" amount plus co-ownership of the tracks on new album Worship Music was on offer. After the Manhattan Federal Court hearing bassist Frank Bello said: "I've got to put a band-aid on my tongue from biting it so much." More rock news
