Grace Potter's signature wail left the crowd breathless as she roared through a set of soul-filled rock-n-roll while performing before an intimate crowd at NYC's legendary Metropolis Studios. The hour-long "VH1 Storytellers" episode will feature Grace performing fan favorites "Nothing But the Water" (Parts I and II), "Paris (Ohh La La)" and "Apologies" along with the title track from her just-released album "The Lion The Beast The Beat." "Never Go Back" and "Stars" from the new album round out the set list.

On her motivation for writing "Stars": "When I lost somebody recently, I know this is how I felt. And that's what a song is for. It's there to service the person who is hurting the most. It's a form of grieving really, writing song like this next song that I'm going to play for you guys. And everybody has lost someone in their lives."
