(TMZ) TMZ issued an update to their story yesterday about Halle Berry being hospitalized for a head injury she suffered on the set of her new film. UPDATE 6:45 AM PT -- Sources on the set tell TMZ ... after Halle fell, she started throwing up, and that's when people around her became alarmed and called for help. FYI, throwing up is a sign of a concussion.
UPDATE 5:40 AM PT -- A rep for Halle tells TMZ "Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, 'The Hive.' She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She'll continue production as planned." more on this story
