Children of Bodom announced on Wednesday that their frontman Alexi Laiho will be released from the hospital today.They told fans, "We are happy to announce that Alexi will be leaving the hospital in Oslo tomorrow, Thursday, 12th of July, and are also glad to confirm that the band will be able to play Ilosaarirock Festival. As previously reported, he hospitalized in Norway on July 3rd for what the band described as a "serious infection" which caused him severe stomach pain. Previous report here.
