(hennemusic) Guns N' Roses launched their Up Close And Personal Tour Friday night at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City. The nearly 3-hour show was the first of 7 intimate theatre shows GNR are doing this month.
"If you closed your eyes, you could almost imagine you were seeing Guns N' Roses on the Sunset Strip in 1987. Axl sounded that good," writes Andy Greene of Rolling Stone. "Then you open your eyes, and see a 50-year-old Axl in a black cowboy hat and sunglasses singing alongside some guy named Bumblefoot and you're brought right back to reality."
