Both One Direction Albums Sell Over A Million In Same Year

One Direction now joins Kenny Chesney and his record set in 2005 when he had two new albums sell more than a million copies in the U.S. during a calendar year, reports Billboard. The UK boyband's latest album, "Take Me Home," sold 127,000 copies last week, pushing the total sales since its November 13th release over 1.04, according to Nielsen SoundScan The group's debut album, Up All Night, was released in March and has sold 1.51 million copies in the U.S. Read the Billboard report for more details.
