The plot involved a convicted murderer, Dana Martin, who recruited Mark Staake and his nephew Tanner Ruane to stalk and murder Bieber at Madison Square Garden.
Martin is serving two life sentences for raping and killing a 15-year-old girl and is reportedly obsessed with Bieber and has tattoo of the pop star on his leg, according to KRQE.
