Vh1 sent over a preview clip for the "40 Greatest Hip Hop Songs Of The 90S" where Flava Flav tells the story of how he started wearing a clock around his neck and the true meaning of the clock.The new special will premiere on Wednesday, December 19 at 9pm. Here is synopsis: It's time to get "Insane in the Membrane" and pour out some "Gin N Juice" as VH1 looks back on the 1990's and a decade of unforgettable Hip Hop music by counting down the "40 Greatest Hip Hop Songs of the 90's".
