(CBS Local) Last week (December 6), New Jersey Governor Chris Christie stopped by The Daily Show and got right down to the real issues with host Jon Stewart – fan-girling over Bruce Springsteen. There was plenty of time for serious discussions about politics and Hurricane Sandy relief between the two Jersey boys, but they both agreed that hugs from Springsteen are downright magical. In his appearance, Christie dreamily describes his experience of meeting Springsteen, for whom the Governor has pledged his undying fandom time and time again.
Christie tells Stewart, like a kid on Christmas morning. "He said, 'It's official – we're friends!' But you know what it's like, Jon. I'm looking for a little more now." more on this story
