Metallica's war with Napster made headlines but now the band has released their entire catalog on a music service that involves Napster's co-founder Sean Parker.The band announced the launch of their catalog on the streaming service Spotify on Thursday and their official website included a photo of drummer Lars Ulrich sitting with the company's founder Daniel Ek, as well as Spotify investor and former Napster foe Parker. (Ulrich was the most outspoken member of Metallica during the showdown with Napster.)
This move comes less than a week after the band's announcement that they have obtained control of their entire catalog and launched their own record label, Blackened Recordings.
