(TMZ) Most people would be sad if their TV show got canned after 2 seasons ... but not Sarah Shahi who is actually rejoicing over "Fairly Legal's" small screen death. Sarah -- also a former NFL cheerleader -- got some bad news in Nov. when the show she starred in was axed by USA brass.
But at the Grove in L.A. this week ... when a photog said he was sorry about the cancellation, Sarah replied, "It's okay man, I'm not. I'M NOT!!!"
