Fleetwood Mac are ready to return in 2013 and have announced a 34-date North American tour that will be part of a global trek. The trek will feature most of the "Rumours" era members, co-founders Mick Fleetwood and John McVie, as well as Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham. Christine McVie has retired from touring and will not take part in the tour.
The group is planning on touring the whole world, according to Rolling Stone who had this quote: "If everything goes will we'll be in Europe doing festivals this summer," says Nicks. "Then we'll actually tour Europe, which is different than just doing festivals. Then we might do fifteen or so shows in Australia."
Nicks told The Los Angeles Times and Rolling Stone that she and Lindsey recording two new songs last month that they hope to release ahead of the tour.
