Baroness frontman John Baizley has been released from hospital where he was treated for a broken arm and leg, suffered during the band's bus crash earlier this month in the UK.The group took to their Facebook to announce that all remaining 2012 tour dates have been canceled and aside from Baizley's release, Allen Blickle and Matt Maggioni, who each suffered fractured vertebrae, have arrived back in the United States.
