(hennemusic) Metallica are one of the acts featured on the forthcoming Deep Purple project, "Re-Machined: A Tribute To Machine Head."Due September 25, the compilation CD presents re-interpretations of Deep Purple's landmark 1972 album with songs recorded by Iron Maiden, Chickenfoot, Black Label Society and more.
Metallica covers "When A Blind Man Cries," a song recorded during the 1971 sessions. The tune did not appear on the album's original release, but was issued as the B-side to the single, "Never Before."
