The Offspring have released the title track from their forthcoming album, Days Go By, which is set to hit stores on June 26th.The singled was premiered last Friday on Los Angeles' KROQ Kevin and Bean show and fans can listen to it here.
In advance of the new album, The Offspring will play the 20th Annual KROQ Weenie Roast on Saturday, May 5 at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Irvine, CA. The band will perform alongside Coldplay, Incubus, Silversun Pickups, Pennywise and more.
The band is also set for a special 20th Anniversary performance of their Epitaph debut album Ignition at Alex's Bar in Long Beach, CA May 3. The Offspring will continue to tour worldwide through 2012.
Singer and guitarist Dexter Holland say of the album: "I don't know why but I felt sort of serious writing this record and when I finished I felt I needed to have a few playful songs too. Kind of both sides of the Offspring. Either way I think these songs are all going to be a lot of fun to play live."
